This purple-skined and yellow-pulpited plum announces the end of the summer. Its historic region of production is Alsace. I chose the Lorraine and more particularly the Coasts of Meuse where a producer excels at the culture of this fruit. Its flesh is characterized by an tremendous sugar-acid balance. In spite of a gourmand texture, the nectar reveals a real aromatic freshness.
