Signature mocktail: Morello cherry - ginger

A surprising boosting winter cocktail.

In a glass (such as whiskey glass):
Crush a few mint leaves in a dash of ginger.
Add ice, then pour:

  • 8/10 of Morello Cherry juice
  • 2/10 of ginger ale (soda with ginger such as Canada Dry)

Stir and serve with a straw.
The ginger syrup can be homemade by macerating fresh ginger in cane sugar syrup.
